Corrosion

The doors are manufactured in the UK from premium
grade galvanised steel and finished in a painted polyester primer
for easy finishing to the colour of your choice.
The primed
up-and-over doors may be fitted to a
wooden frame or may be supplied with a matching
primed steel fixing frame. If possible,
we normally recommend
that
up-and-over doors are supplied with a factory
fitted steel fixing frame as this eliminates the need for a wooden frame
which may rot over time. All doors are available in either
Slideaway Retractable or Trackless
Canopy styles.
All Slideaway Retractable style doors are suitable
for
automation.
If you prefer a
low maintenance finish you may prefer our
Plastisol
coated door range
which are fully finished
doors and do not require painting.

For that added piece of luxury why not treat yourself and
automate your
garage door? Save time and simplify your door's operation with our
garage door openers. They provide quiet, convenient and
reliable operation as well as increased security. The
additional cost for automation is £330 and includes two handsets.
Please note that should you wish to automate the
door (either now or in the future) you will require the
Slideaway Retractable
model of up-and-over garage door. If you already have a Retractable style up-and-over door and do
not wish to change your door then we should be able to automate
your existing garage door.
(Note: some garage door companies may offer to automate a
Trackless Canopy
style door. We do not recommend fitting automatics to Canopy
doors because there is a "dead" point whenever the door is opened
and/or closed that can sometimes cause the
automatic opener to stop. From experience we have found that
automatics fitted to Canopy doors tend to cause problems over
time.)
