Our most popular garage door .
. .
Excellent value for money
- believe it
or not the roller door is the least expensive garage door available!
As we manufacture the doors
locally we are able to keep our costs as low as possible so
we can offer you a quality garage door at an affordable price. We can also offer a supply
only service for collection from our showroom - please

for pricing details.
Performance
- a powerful
steel spring balancing mechanism housed inside the roll allows for
quiet and easy roller operation. Simply
push the door up and pull down again.
For safety and maximum performance, the multiple spring system
ensures that the door is perfectly balanced at all points throughout
the door cycle. In the unlikely event of a spring breaking,
the door will continue to operate satisfactorily and will meet the
safety requirements as detailed in the EN 1324-1 standards.
Classic
design
- roller
garage doors are available in a contemporary horizontal ribbed
design in a
choice of
10 colours.
Plastisol coated
- our roller
doors are made of premium grade galvanised
steel coated on the exterior
side with a durable HP200 Plastisol
PVC based finish which is available in a
choice of 10 colours.
The protective finish means you never
have to paint your garage door again.
An occasional wipe down with a damp cloth will keep the door in top
condition.
New aluminium
guides
-
the guides are made
of extruded aluminium which provides a highly finished surface for
the door curtain to travel in. The extrusion is more resistant to
the build up of dirt and corrosion by the elements
than traditional steel guides. These
thick aluminium guides provide an incredible sturdy channel for
housing the door curtain and add a high quality touch to the door.
The guides have a thick profile with safer rounded edges thereby
eliminating sharp edges.
New brackets
-
we
have re-designed the brackets which are now made of galvanised
steel, laser cut for a high quality finish and folded to give a
remarkable strength.
New lock bar covers
- we put
safety first. All
doors are
now supplied with locking hole bar covers.
These are placed on the outside of the guide to cover the holes in
the guide so that no one can put their fingers in through the hole
and risk injury as the door is closed.
Low
maintenance and high reliability
- no cables, no external springs, no ceiling tracks. No
greasing or oiling is required; simply wipe clean the guides for
easy roller action. We recommend cleaning the guides regularly
to ensure they are dirt-free and to allow your roller door to move
up and down freely without obstruction. The exterior of the
door may be cleaned using warm water and a soft cloth. Never
use detergent, abrasive or solvent based cleaners as these may cause
damage to the door surface.
Maximum
opening size
- because the door sits behind the opening the
passage height and width are not constricted which is particularly
important if you have a high or wide vehicle. The roller door
does not need a wooden frame which typically reduces the
drive-through width by 6".
Space saving
- a roller
door takes up minimal space in your garage. There are no
tracks or springs along the ceiling so the garage looks more
spacious.
